Returns & refunds
This policy applies to purchases made on the FIRTOS shop. We want you to be satisfied; if a product doesn't suit you, here is how to proceed.
Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
To do so, contact us at firtos.entreprise@gmail.com with your order number and your intention to return the product.
Return conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
Personalized or made-to-measure products are not returnable, except in case of defect or non-conformity.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or not conform to the order.
Refund
Once the product is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
In case of a proven defect or non-conformity, return costs are refunded and a replacement product may be offered.
Digital products
For digital content (files, courses) whose delivery has begun with your express consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has started.
