Orders are placed directly on the site. Validating the order means accepting these terms and concluding the sales contract.

FIRTOS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious stock issue or pricing error.

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. Shipping costs, if any, are specified before the order is validated.

FIRTOS may change its prices at any time, but pending orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of order.

Payment is due at the time of order via the payment method offered on the site. Payment is secured by our payment provider.

The order is processed after payment confirmation.

Products are delivered to the address provided when ordering. Indicated delivery times are estimates; any delay does not automatically give the right to cancel.

In case of prolonged unavailability, you will be informed and may cancel your order with a full refund.

Products benefit from applicable legal warranties. In case of non-conformity or defect, contact us for an exchange or refund.

FIRTOS's liability may not exceed the value of the product concerned, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first before any legal action.
